Here are the main points to keep in mind for the Biology section while preparing for the CBSE Class 10 Science exam:

  • NCERT textbooks: Use your NCERT textbooks as your primary source of information and ensure that you thoroughly understand the concepts

  • Writing answers in points: All answers should be written in bullet points. Avoid making the points too lengthy

  • Attempting questions: Attempt all questions, even if you only know 1–2 points and the question requires more. Do not leave any questions unanswered

  • Neatness and presentability: Maintain neatness throughout your answer sheet. Write legibly, avoid scratches, use tables to "differentiate between" questions, and separate each answer by drawing a line after every response.

  • Diagrams and flowcharts: Use a sharp pencil to draw diagrams and flowcharts. Label the diagrams clearly, preferably placing the labels on the right side of the answer sheet.
