BMC Polls: Opposition Alleges 'Vote Chori' As BJP Slams Rahul Gandhi's 'Bahana Brigade'

This news bulletin covers the intense political war of words following the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) elections. The opposition, led by Rahul Gandhi and the Shiv Sena (UBT), has raised serious allegations of 'vote chori' (vote theft), citing malfunctioning EVMs and the controversial use of marker pens instead of indelible ink. Rahul Gandhi has gone a step further, accusing the Election Commission of 'gaslighting citizens' and stating that 'public trust in democracy has collapsed.'
