Party in power uses sedition to target people just as British did: Justice Ashok Ganguly

Ratnaboli Ray, mental health activist, who was one of the signatories of the letter written by intellectuals against cow vigilantism and faced sedition charges, said, "I was amused that such a letter could invoke sedition charge against us. It was a dhamki or a threat." she said.

While Justice Ashok Ganguly said, "Everywhere, whichever party is in power, they do not except criticism. Thus, they use sedition to target people just as the British did."
