There are changes to the front and rear to give the 2021 Fortuner a more premium feel, while keeping intact its bold avatar. The cabin has been updated as well. The Thai-spec new Fortuner continues to get 2.4-litre and 2.8-litre diesel engines. However, the larger of the two motors is more powerful now.
