Train tracks in LA blanketed with empty Amazon boxes as thieves loot cargo

Thieves have been raiding cargo containers near downtown Los Angeles taking packages belonging to people across the US and leaving the tracks blanketed with discarded boxes. The packages are from Amazon and other retailers. The items the thieves don’t think are valuable enough were left behind.
