'Let's not have another war in my land. Let us live': Afghanistan's women's rights activist's emotional appeal

Mahbouba Seraj said, " No, we don't want to give up. But at the same time, I don't want to have another civil war in this country. I just want to see what these guys are going to do. Are they going to give us our rights or are they going to take them away? Pakistan, Russia, China, India they're all going to be involved. We don't want this anymore. We don't. Please. Let's not have another war in my land. Let us live. We just want to live. We just want to be alright. We just want to do our work; we just want to study. We're amazing people. Don't destroy everything. Let's not play these games, we're not stupid."
