FATF to evaluate Pakistan's efforts against terrorism

As Pakistan prepares to take up Kashmir at the 42nd session of the UN Human Rghts Council meeting today, trouble mounts for Pakistan PM Imran Khan in Bangkok, where it faces scrutiny by the Financial Action Task Force, for terror financing. Pakistan's efforts to curb terrorism will be evaluated in the three-day-long FATF meet, scheduled between September 8 and 10.

The Asia-Pacific Group of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) is expected to evaluate Pakistan's anti-terror efforts during the meet and a delegation of Pakistani officials has already reached Bangkok for the same.
