Exclusive: Afghan NSC official exposes Pak involvement in Taliban resurgence

Speaking exclusively to India Today, Afghanistan National Security Council (NSC) official Ahmad Shuja Jamal directly blamed Pakistan for providing "state support" to the Taliban and helping it in conducting terror activities on Afghan land.

"The Taliban would not have been this strong if not for Pakistan's state support. Pakistan helps in the infiltration of foreign fighters of Lashkar, Jaish, Haqqani. They strategise on how to help the Taliban," he said.
