Donald Trump calls for more economic sanctions on Iran

US President Donald Trump on Wednesday gave a national address on the escalating tensions with Iran, hours after Iranian forces fired missiles at military bases housing US troops in Iraq.

"As we continue to evaluate options in response to Iranian aggression, the United States will immediately impose additional punishing economic sanctions on the Iranian regime. These powerful sanctions will remain until Iran changes its behaviour," Donald Trump said.
