Carrie at Cannes: Woman pours fake blood on herself at Cannes Film Festival

A woman poured red liquid on herself on the red carpet of the 76th Cannes Film Festival on May 21. The red liquid represented the blood of Ukrainian soldiers and people who died in the Russia-Ukraine war. 

The woman was dressed in the colours of the Ukrainian flag - blue and yellow. 

The staged demonstration took place during the screening of a film called Acid. 

She was soon removed from the red carpet after she pulled the stunt.
