China's UBTECH Robotics presented a humanoid customer service robot, which can assist customers in hotels or shopping centres. In order to make the delivery of packages smoother during peak hours, German Continental presented a prototype robot dog delivery service. Meanwhile, Russian company Promobot presented a humanoid, which can perform a range of various tasks business tasks, for example guiding or accounting.
