Dhanush wins paternity case against couple claiming to be his parents

The Madras High Court today allowed the plea of Tamil actor Dhanush for quashing an elderly couples lawsuit.

 

The lawsuit claimed that he was their runaway son and the elderly couple sought maintenance of 60,000 a month by claiming to be his biological parents.

 

Dhanush had filed a counter plea and Justice P N Prakash of the court's Madurai bench dismissed the Madurai couple's plea claiming that Dhanush was their son.
