Things have started to heat up in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. After celebrating Naira's baby's homecoming and naamkaran ceremony, Kirti will come out of coma. Though, the entire family will be happy to see her in conscious state, Kartik will be terror-stricken.
