Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) has ended its silence following the deadly stampede in Bengaluru on the 4th of June. The incident occurred during the team's victory celebrations at Hachinathwamy Stadium. In its first communication on the matter, which came after a period of silence that led to speculation, the franchise issued an emotional appeal to fans. Stating why the organisation had not commented earlier, an official statement said, "we were grieving." RCB also announced a new initiative called 'RCB Cares'. This new program is intended to support people, especially during times of emergency. The team has asked people to wait for more details on the new plan.
