PCB chief Mohsin Naqvi apologises to BCCI after Asia Cup trophy row

Pakistan Cricket Board chief Mohsin Naqvi has issued an apology to the BCCI following the chaotic aftermath of the Asia Cup final on September 28. According to India Today, Naqvi took a conciliatory approach during the subsequent Asian Cricket Council meeting after the controversy in which he initially denied the Indian team the chance to celebrate their victory on the field with the winner’s trophy.
