Does RR miss Jos Buttler in IPL 2025? Assistant coach says it's time to look ahead

RR assistant coach Dishant Yagnik is saying that it is time for the franchise to look beyond Jos Buttler after releasing the England wicketkeeper ahead of IPL 2025. Royals were knocked out of the tournament after their loss to MI while Buttler and his new team GT, continue to impress.

 

"It’s time to think beyond. You can’t hold on to someone who’s not available. We now have Vaibhav, Yashasvi Jaiswal, and Sanju Samson as our captain. We will move ahead with this team and aim to win with them," said Yagnik.
