IND vs ENG: Hyderabad turns up in numbers to support Test cricket on Republic Day

The debate around the longevity and relevance might have taken centrestage in the recent times, but that might not be a concern at all in India. The crowd turned up in numbers in the first Test match between India and England in Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium.

Celebrating the 75th Republic Day in India, the crowd attended the match and had a gala time.

The crowd were entertained with KL Rahul's sensational knock on Day 2 of the Test match, where he dictated terms against Ben Stokes team.

The cheers from the crowd had the players on the pitch struggling to communicate with each other. In fact, England lost two reviews in the first day of the Test match after incorrectly judging the edges from the India batters.

Safe to say that the Indian crowd is not going to let Test cricket die on their watch.
