Vikram lander hidden by shadow of Moon, claims Nasa

Nasa claimed that Vikram lander is not visible because the shadow of the Moon landscape is covering the lander. the lighting is expected to be favourable in the month of October when Nasa's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter will fly over the region again.

Nasa on Friday released high-resolution images captured by its Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter Camera (LROC) during its flyby of the lunar region where India's ambitious Chandrayaan 2 mission attempted a soft landing near the Moon's uncharted south pole and found Vikram had a hard landing.
