Controversy on Digvijaya Singh's tweet: Right to abuse sitting PM?

Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh today stoked controversy when he posted a controversial tweet on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Digvijaya defended his tweet saying he had used the word 'fool' and not 'chu****' even though his post clearly had the latter word.

Congress spokesperson Ajoy Kumar said the party does not condone such language and Digvijaya has to answer for it, but added that the PM follows the most abusive trolls on Twitter.
