'People will beat Congress leaders with shoes': Has Governor Satya Pal Malik crossed the line?

Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik on Wednesday sparked a political row when he slammed Rahul Gandhi and called him political juvenile. He even said people will never forgive the Congress for supporting Article 370 and will beat them up with shoes.

A day later, Congress leader Ranjan Chowdhury hit our at Satya Pal Malik stating he was behaving like BJP spokesperson and he should be dismissed from the post of Governor.
