I was not elected to clean toilets: Sadhvi Pragya on PM Modi's Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP from Bhopal Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur stirred a controversy by saying she was not elected as a parliamentarian to "clean toilets and drains" in the state. She said this while referring to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Swachch Bharat Abhiyaan.

A video of Sadhvi Pragya making this comment was posted by news agency ANI, in which she said that she would honestly perform the responsibilities that she has become a parliamentarian for.
