Sushant case: What next? Can CBI prove abetment to suicide?

The AIIMS report has concluded that Sushant Singh Rajput's death was by suicide and was not murder. Dr Sudhir Gupta, who headed the AIIMS panel probing the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, has categorically said that SSR was not murdered and he died by suicide.

Meanwhile, Sushant's family is unhappy with the revelation. They have demanded a new forensic team to probe the late actor's death. And Sushant's family lawyer, Vikas Singh will meet CBI director Rishi Kumar Shukla to request him to constitute a fresh forensic team.

Now, with this, the spotlight will is back on the CBI, who is investigating the case. So, now can CBI prove the charge of abetment to suicide?
