Meanwhile, protests have erupted in Karnataka's Chitradurga demanding strict action against a Lingayat seer accused of raping minor girls. The police have registered an FIR against Shivamurthy Murugha Sharanaru after a complaint was filed on behalf of two minors.

But the big question is, why has he not been arrested so far?
