Delhi riots: Umar Khalid arrested in UAPA case as opposition alleges ex-JNU student being framed

Opposition parties including Congress and others have alleged that Umar Khalid has been framed after the ex-JNU student was arrested by Delhi Police in connection with the northeast Delhi riots.

Umar Khalid on Sunday night was arrested for his alleged connection to Delhi riots under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA).
