Will Monsoon Session be a washout?

The Monsoon Session of Parliament starts today even as the government and Opposition remain at loggerheads. The Telegu Desam Party has moved a no-confidence motion against the government and the Rashtriya Janata Dal has announced its support for the notice. The session is set to be a stormy affair as key issues such as mob lynching cases, the triple talaq bill, women's reservation bill are to come up for discussion among others.
