Will Modi-Putin handshake annoy Trump?

Ignoring the American sanction on purchase of arms from Russia, India is likely to sign a deal today in presence of visiting President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the procurement of S-400 Triumf air defence systems. India would be purchasing the S-400 advanced missiles from Russia for $5 billion.

Both the countries are also expected to sign 20 bilateral agreements including deal for the purchase of four Krivak-class frigates worth $2 billion.
