Will India get unrestricted consular access to Kulbhushan Jadhav?

Pakistan will offer India consular access to detained former navy officer Kulbhushan Jadhav on Monday. The Ministry of External Affairs had made it clear that the offer will only be accepted if the consular access will be absolutely unrestricted.

In other news, the much-awaited Assam National Regester of Citizens (NRC) list was released on August 31, leaving out over 19 lakh people. The close to 2 million people are facing statelessness after being excluded from the final list.
