Rejecting all the objections raised by Pakistan, The Hague-based world court also directed the country to grant consular or diplomatic access to Kulbhushan Jadhav "without further delay" in accordance with the Geneva Convention, observing that it had "breached" the convention by denying the Indian national his right.
