Has politics hijacked Sabarimala row?

The Devaswom Board has convened an emergency meeting for all the Sabarimala stakeholders in Thiruvananthapuram today. All the royal and priest families are scheduled to attend the emergency meeting.

The meeting, which is currently underway, is an effort to arrive at a consensus on the Sabarimala issue. The Travancore Devaswom Board, which governs the temple, has organised the meeting.
