Andhra cabinet meet over capital row; Uddhav to hold talks over Shirdi shutdown, more

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jaganmohan Reddy chaired a meeting at 9 am at the state secretariat on Monday to discuss the issue of the proposed three state capitals.

After the Cabinet meeting, the Legislative Assembly Business Advisory Committee met at 10 am after which the assembly proceedings will start at 11 am. There is widespread anticipation on what is in store for Andhra Pradesh, which is already suffering from the pangs of bifurcation since 2014.
