Allu Arjun's bail hearing in stampede case; Farmers call for Punjab Bandh

Actor Allu Arjun will appear for his bail hearing today in connection with the Hyderabad theatre stampede incident. The actor was arrested on December 13, following allegations of a stampede during Pushpa 2 release. He was released on bail the following morning, pending further investigation.

163 trains operating between Delhi and Punjab are cancelled on Monday due to a bandh called by the Kisan Mazdoor Morcha (KMM) and the Samyukta Kisan Morcha from 7 am to 4 pm. The bandh is being held in support of farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal, who has been on hunger strike for more than a month, demanding that their demands be met.
