Congress president Rahul Gandhi outpaces Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kerala as the preferred choice for the next PM, according to India Today's Political Stock Exchange (PSE).
According to the PSE survey, Rahul Gandhi bagged the vote of 41 per cent of the respondents PM Modi got the support of 30 per cent.
Congress chief's popularity has seen a rise from 38 per cent in October 2018 to 41 per cent in January 2019 while PM Modi's graph dipped from 31 per cent to 30 per cent in the same period.
