A milestone mark for naari shakti as the Law Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal presented 'Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam' in the Lok Sabha - that has been hanging for nearly three decades. Calling September 19 a "historic day", Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the Opposition to unanimously pass the Bill.
