Auto industry in reverse gear: Who's to blame?

The Indian auto industry is in reverse gear. Sales in the auto sector have fallen in 12 of the 13 months since July 2018 signalling a sharp slowdown in the sector. Over 300 dealerships have been closed and around 10 lakh people would lose their jobs. The industry is in panic. So, as the industry battles the crisis, we ask, who is to blame for the crash? What's the road forward? How could the sector be brought in top gear?
