India’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), is among the worst-hit countries which has been immensely impacted by the coronavirus pandemic. The country's GDP contracted just 23.9 per cent during the April-June quarter 2020-21 as factories and industries were shut throughout April and May as part of coronavirus-induced-lockdown.
