Hours after hundreds of migrant workers gathered at the Bandra railway station in Mumbai to return to their homes, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray sought to reassure them that lockdown was not "lock-up", and appealed them to stay back. He also stated that his administration was looking after the migrant workers.
