Water emergency in India: P Sainath decodes the looming crisis

India is staring at water emergency with reports stating that 21 cities, including Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad, will run out of ground water by 2020 if preventive measures are not taken urgently. Across the country, 60 crore people will be affected.
