Police rules out rape in murder of 2-year-old girl in Aligarh, Street fights break out over water in Delhi; more

The Uttar Pradesh Police has ruled rape in the brutal murder of two-year-old girl in Aligarh and has formed a new SIT to probe the case. Meanwhile, two suspects have been held and five policemen suspended.

The girl had gone missing and a case of kidnapping was registered on May 31 by the family. But later on June 2, her body was found in a garbage dump. Reportedly, the mutilated body was discovered after a pack of stray dogs had been spotted carrying what appeared to be human body parts.
