G20 adopts Delhi Declaration. Does it tick all the boxes?

Speculations regarding the adoption of the Delhi Declaration were addressed. The Delhi Declaration has been adopted with the agreement of China and Russia. On the topic of the Ukraine war, the Delhi Declaration called on nations to uphold international law, including territorial integrity and sovereignty, international humanitarian law, and the multilateral system that safeguards peace and stability.
