Chennai rain fury: No lessons learnt from 2015?

Incessant rains wreaked havoc across Tamil Nadu as 14 people lost their lives and thousands have been forced to leave their homes. Chennai remains the worst-hit city. It has been witnessing heavy showers since last night which led to waterlogging and stagnation in many areas.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicts some respite from rain from tomorrow.
