Anti-CAA resolution: Can States override Centre?

A day after Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad slammed the Kerala government for passing a resolution against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA), Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan too has come out and said the Kerala state assembly's resolution is illegal and unconstitutional.

Meanwhile, Mamata Banerjee has said that Bengal will not implement CAA. Even as DMK has urged the ruling AIADMK to follow Kerala's example in Tamil Nadu. So, as demands grow for anti-CAA resolution, we ask can States override Centre? Watch as panelists debate.
