In the latest episode of Jab We Met, Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad Ravan opened up about the discrimination he faced during his school days, his ties with BSP chief Mayawati and about his plans to take on PM Modi from Varanasi in 2019 Lok Sabha polls.
Talking about discrimination, Ravan said during his school days, first upper caste students were allowed to drink water from the hand-pump and then Dalit students were allowed. He further added that in classroom, Dalit students were not even allowed to sit on the front benches and were made to clean them.
