Don't Muslim women have a right to be heard?

Some Maulanas now say they do not want a debate on issues like Nikah Halala or Triple Talaq on television. They argue it shows them and their practises in poor light.

Some Muslim women completely disagree with them. They say issues like Nikah Halala and instant Triple Talaq are the pain of their lives.

Should these issues be discussed, deliberated upon and should actions be taken?
