Tamil Nadu remains on edge as state struggles to endure water crisis

As Tamil Nadu remains to reel under acute water crisis, another protest on Monday was held across the state against the ruling AIADMK government.

The protest was joined by DMK chief MK Stalin, who, along with other party cadres, was present in Chepauk and demanded a solution to Chennai's excessive water scarcity.

An aggrieved protester asked, "Give us water, give us water. The pot is here, where is the water?"

The water crisis has surged in the state as all the main four reservoirs that supply drinking water to Chennai have gone below the zero level.
