Should India expose Pakistan's atrocities in PoK?

Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan, who had said that he will raise Kashmir issue at every forum, talked about the issue in his latest address in PoK. Khan said people of his country are ready to fight for the "freedom" of Kashmir.

Slamming RSS, Khan also highlighted incidents of lynching of Muslims in the country, saying the community is living in fear. So, as he talks about alleged atrocities on Muslims in India, isn't it time for India to expose Pakistan's atrocities in Gilgit-Baltistan?
