Rajya Sabha passes Delhi services bill, Arvind Kejriwal hits out at BJP; more

The Delhi services bill was passed in Rajya Sabha on Monday with 131 MPs voting in its favour and helping the government complete the parliamentary procedure for the proposed legislation that saw the opposition parties join ranks.

Meanwhile, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said it was a "black day" for India's democracy and accused the BJP-ruled Centre of trying to "usurp" power through the backdoor.
