PM Modi names and shames Pakistan at SCO Summit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi snubbed Pakistan's PM Imran Khan at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation Summit (SCO) in Bishkek on Friday. PM Modi neither shook hands nor exchanged pleasantries with Imran Khan.

Then, without naming Pakistan, PM Modi raised the issue of state-sponsored terrorism at the Summit and said that countries sponsoring, aiding and funding terrorism must be held accountable as he called for a global conference to combat the menace.
