Indian forces mount rapid mission in southern bank area of Pangong lake

The Indian Army and Special Frontier Force (SFF) has established its position at the strategic mountain heights around the northen bank of Pangong lake.

This comes after Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday carried out a comprehensive review of the situation in eastern Ladakh in the wake of China's "provocative" military maneuvers to change the status quo in the southern bank area of Pangong lake.
