Delhi Police is combing through more than 1,000 frames of CCTV footage along with hundreds of other pictures of the January 26 farmers' Tractor Parade to identify the perpetrators of the Republic Day violence. In an exclusive conversation with India Today, the Delhi Police officer-in-charge of the probe said notices have been sent to farmer leaders asking them to join the investigation.
