Air Force Day: Debutant Rafale steals the show, Balakot braves honoured, more

In a first, Rafale fighter jets featured in Air Force Day parade on Thursday. On the 88th IAF Day, the Tejas LCA, Jaguar, Mig-29, Mig-21 and Sukhoi-30 aircraft took part in the parade besides the newly inducted Rafale fighter jet.

Also, three Indian Air Force Officers part of the Balakot operation and Indian Air Force’s action to neutralise Pakistan’s air raid last year in February after India targeted terror camps across the Line of Control received Yudh Seva medal on the occasion of Air Force Day on Thursday.
